Contract of Reservation in Rooms of Hosts

General terms

Article 1

 The best reception will be reserved for our hosts. Jean-Bernard and Sylvie will receive the holiday makers personally in order to assure a pleasant stay to them.

Article 2 - Duration of the stay

This contract is signed for one limited duration. The customer will be able in no circumstance to prevail himself of a right to the maintenance in the places.

Article 3 - Contract signature

The reservation will become effective since the customer will have paid an installment with the owner. This installment is fixed at 25% (minimum 1 night) of the total price of the stay. The prices mean all loads included/understood except visitor's tax.

Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer

Any cancellation must be notified by letter, telefax, telephone or e-mail addressed to the owner.

1. Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: In the event of cancellation more than 24 hours before the beginning of the stay, the installment remains sure with the owner. In the case of a cancellation in the 24 hours preceding the beginning by the stay, the owner preserves the versed installment and reserves the right to claim with the customer the balance of the price of lodging.
2. If the customer does not appear before 9 p.m. the day envisaged of the beginning of stay, this contract becomes null and the owner can have (S) room (S) reserved (S). The versed installment remains sure with the owner.
3. In the event of curtailed stay, the price corresponding to the cost of lodging remains sure with the owner.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner 

When before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, it must inform the customer by registered letter with notice of receipt, telephones or e-mail addressed to the customer. The customer will be immediately refunded versed sums.

Article 6 - Arrival 

The customer must present himself the day specified to the contract. In the event of arrival envisaged after 8 p.m., the customer must warn the owner.

Article 7 - Payment of the Balance 

The balance is to be regulated on arrival or departure at the owner. The additional services not mentioned with the present contract will be regulated at the end of the stay.

Article 8 - Visitor's tax

 The visitor's tax is a local tax which the customer must discharge near the owner who then transfers it with the Treasury. Who assembles himself to 0.60 centimes of euros per day, and anybody except child of less than 13 years, people bénéfiant of the social security, mutilated, the casualties and patient in consequence of acts of war, the people exclusively attached to the patients as well as the civils servant and government officials called temporarily on the territory for the exercise of their profession.

Article 9 - Use of the places

The customer will have to respect the peaceful character of the places and to make a use in conformity of it with their destination. The rooms will have to be returned in good state. The customer will have in addition to respect the rules of procedure established by the owner and who will be given to him on his arrival.

Article 10 - Capacity: this number, the owner is in right to refuse the additional customers. This refusal could not be regarded as a modification or a rupture of the contract on the initiative of the owner. In the event of departure of the customer, no refunding can be considered.

Article 11 - Animals

The contract specifies if the customer can or not remain in company of an pet. In the event of nonrespect of this clause by the customer, the owner can refuse the animals. This refusal could not be regarded as a modification or a rupture of the contract on the initiative of the owner. In the event of departure of the customer, no refunding can be considered.

This form enables you to carry out a request for pre-reservation. The reservation will take effect only after return of our mail of confirmation.
